Refund Policy

Overview
Reddox offers a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card to activate. This trial provides full access to the platform so you can evaluate whether Reddox meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this generous evaluation period, most users are able to make an informed purchasing decision without financial risk.
If you do subscribe and later find that Reddox is not the right fit, we want to handle the situation fairly. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Reddox subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our billing team. When you cancel, your access to Reddox will continue through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. If you cancel on the fifth day of a monthly billing cycle, for example, you will retain access for the remaining days of that cycle but will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will correct the charge and issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Duplicate charges: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded automatically once identified. If you notice a duplicate charge before we do, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
- Technical issues preventing access: If a platform-side technical issue prevented you from accessing Reddox for a significant portion of your billing period and we are unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner, you may qualify for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to billing@reddox.ai with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Reddox account
- A description of the issue, including relevant dates and amounts
- Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots of incorrect charges
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed on our end.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed billing periods where the service was available and accessible
- Voluntary cancellations made mid-cycle (access continues through the end of the period, but no refund is issued for the remaining time)
- Accounts that were suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Team Plan Considerations
For customers on a Team plan, refunds are processed on a per-seat basis. If a seat was added in error or a team member no longer requires access, the account administrator must initiate the refund request.
When seats are removed from a Team plan, any applicable volume discount may be recalculated to reflect the updated seat count. Refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly to account for changes in pricing tier.
