Integrations
Reddox works with your existing tools. It lives inside Microsoft Word and connects to the services your team already uses.
How Reddox Connects
Reddox is a Word add-in, not a standalone platform. That means it slots into your workflow without replacing anything.
Microsoft Word
PrimaryReddox lives inside Word as a native Office Add-in. Redlines, comments, and tracked changes are written directly into your document. No copy-pasting, no switching tabs, no reformatting.
Microsoft 365
PlatformWorks with Microsoft 365 accounts for authentication and licensing. Your team can install Reddox from the Office Add-ins store and start reviewing contracts in minutes.
OpenAI
AI EngineReddox is powered by OpenAI language models. Every clause analysis, risk flag, and suggested redline is generated by AI that understands legal language in context.
Standard Export Formats
ExportAll redlines are saved as native DOCX files with tracked changes. Generate HTML review reports for stakeholders who need a summary without opening Word.
Built for Word, Not Bolted On
Most legal AI tools make you upload documents to a web app, then copy results back. Reddox works differently. It runs inside Word as a native Office Add-in, so every action happens where you already draft and negotiate.
Native Tracked Changes
Redlines appear as real Word tracked changes. Accept, reject, or modify them the same way you always have.
Comment Threading
AI explanations are inserted as Word comments, linked to the exact clause. Your team can reply and resolve them inline.
No File Uploads
Your document never leaves the Word environment. Reddox reads the open document directly through the Office API.
Formatting Preserved
Styles, headers, numbering, and tables stay intact. Reddox edits content without touching your document structure.
Side Panel UI
The full review interface lives in a task pane beside your document. Run reviews, manage playbooks, and compare clauses without switching windows.
Works Offline (Partially)
Document access and UI work without a connection. AI-powered features require an internet connection to reach the language model.
Coming Soon
We are building integrations with the document management and cloud storage tools legal teams rely on.
SSO Providers
SAML and OIDC single sign-on support for Okta, Azure AD, and other enterprise identity providers.
iManage
Open and save documents directly from your iManage workspace. Review contracts without downloading and re-uploading files.
NetDocuments
Connect your NetDocuments repository so Reddox can pull contracts for review and push back redlined versions seamlessly.
SharePoint and OneDrive
Sync documents from SharePoint sites and OneDrive folders. Review contracts stored in your existing cloud file structure.
Google Drive
Import contracts from Google Drive for review inside Word. Useful for teams that receive documents from counterparties using Google Workspace.
Reddox API
We are building a REST API so your team can trigger contract reviews programmatically, integrate Reddox into custom workflows, and pull review data into your own dashboards. The API will support document upload, playbook selection, review execution, and result retrieval.
