Contract review is the most time-consuming task in transactional law. Associates spend thousands of hours reading documents line by line, work that requires precision but not necessarily creativity.
We asked a simple question: what if the AI could call the same Word tools a lawyer uses? Not just suggest edits in a chat window, but actually apply tracked changes, insert comments, edit table cells, and format text, all via function calling.
That question became Reddox. An AI assistant that lives inside Microsoft Word, uses 29 tools across 10 plugin groups, and reviews contracts the way a senior associate would, except in seconds instead of hours.

Idea & Prototype
Built the first Word add-in prototype in a single session: chat, redlining, and tracked changes working inside Microsoft Word.
FEB 2026
Diff Engine & Playbooks
Developed the word-level diff engine for surgical tracked changes. Added playbooks, reference doc library, and clause-level indexing.
MAR 2026
29 Tools & Skill Architecture
Implemented the full tool/skill/plugin architecture inspired by enterprise agent patterns. 29 AI-callable tools across 10 plugins with 8 smart skills.

Public Launch
